answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/04/2022 answer text <p>Created under the powers of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act, the Register of Overseas Entities will require overseas companies owning or buying property in the UK to give information about those with more than 25% ownership or control of their company to Companies House.</p><p> </p><p>The Register will require the name, date of birth and nationality of the beneficial owner to be submitted, as well as their usual residential address, a service address, details on the basis of on which grounds they are a beneficial owner, and if the person is part of the UK Sanctions List.</p><p> </p><p>The Register will be publicly accessible online, allowing anyone scrutinising data held by the UK’s land registries to quickly seek relevant further information from the Register of Overseas Entities.</p> answering member constituency Sutton and Cheam answering member printed Paul Scully question first answered 28/04/2022 09:08:19 answering member 4414 label Biography information for Paul Scully

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/03/2021 answer text <p>Under the terms of The English National Concessionary Travel Scheme a holder of a concessionary bus pass is able to travel between 09.30am and 11.00pm on weekdays and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays</p><p> </p><p>Local authorities in England have the power to offer additional local concessions, such as extending the hours of the concession, and three quarters of authorities already do so.</p><p> </p><p>This area is kept under review. The consultation received 10,712 responses.</p><p>My Right Honourable Friend, the Home Secretary, made a Written Ministerial Statement to the House on 20 June (Official Report HCWS780) announcing the publication of a summary of the responses that the consultation received.
