That is why we included provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018 requiring the Information Commissioner to produce the age- appropriate design code. We are working closely with the Information Commissioner's Office as they finalise the code and Ministers have met the ICO to discuss the development of the code.</p><p> </p><p>The Act requires the Information Commissioner to submit the code to the Secretary of State within 18 months of the Act being passed. Once submitted, we will lay the code in Parliament as soon as reasonably practicable. The UK introduced a similar integrated approach to controlling pollution to air, water and land with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, as well as the concept of Best Available Techniques. The national network for the main set of air pollutants is the Automatic Urban and Rural Network (AURN), which meets the requirements of the Ambient Air Quality Directive (2008/50/EC).</p><p> </p><p>Hourly measurements from this network are published within two hours of measurement on the UK-AIR website; various data extraction and analysis tools are also available. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/12/2018 answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is unable to locate any information regarding whether any advice was given to participants of the UK nuclear tests regarding the possibility of genetic damage.</p><p>The MOD does hold documents which confirm that regulations were in place to ensure that protection and safety information was given by the officer responsible to all personnel involved in each task.
