We regularly consult with women’s organisations as we develop policies, and will continue to do so. For example, we have engaged with women’s groups through the Centenary Programme, Returners Programme and the LGBT action plan.</p><p>The Government Equalities Office is currently developing a programme of work to ensure that women’s voices are better heard by policymakers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/05/2018 answer text <p>The Home Office has not undertaken an assessment.</p><p> </p><p>The Modern Crime Prevention Strategy published in March 2016 sets out how we analyse and respond to crime through the consideration of six drivers of crime (opportunity, character, effectiveness of the criminal justice system, profit, drugs and alcohol). This includes looking at new and emerging trends in acquisitive crime where we work closely with the police and relevant industry leads. These are listed below:</p><ul><li>Parliament’s main secure private network (PN) resilient internet connection = 2Gbps bandwidth</li><li>The secure ‘internet direct’ resilient wireless service = 400Mbps bandwidth</li><li>Broadband over a phone line = 5–7Mbps bandwidth</li></ul><p><br>The Digital Service takes action where possible to improve the broadband download speed across the Parliamentary Estate. However, due to the age and condition of the Palace of Westminster it is difficult to improve both the wiring that is available and to supplement the wireless connectivity.</p><p>The average download speeds on these services will vary as it depends on a number of factors such as the capability of the user’s device, the connection type (wired/wireless), the size of download, the current bandwidth utilisation on any given day and the volume of users/devices connected, as these internet services and bandwidths are shared with all users across the Parliamentary estate. The Department offers a healthy meal option in locations hot food is served. The Department also offers a healthy sandwich meal deal, a salad bar and whole fruit snacks every day in the restaurants and cafes on its estate.</p><p> </p><p>National Health Service hospitals are required to meet the Government Buying Standards for Food and Catering Services through the NHS Standard Contract, and are required to develop and maintain a food and drink strategy which focuses on healthier eating across the whole hospital community, including the contents of vending machines.</p><p> </p><p>The Government Buying Standards for Food and Catering Services are available at the following link:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/418072/gbs-food-catering-march2015.pdf" target="_blank">https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/418072/gbs-food-catering-march2015.pdf</a></p><p> </p><p>In 2016 NHS England introduced a financial incentive for hospitals to encourage healthier food options to be available for staff, limiting the proportion, placement and promotion of foods high in fat, salt, sugar and saturates sold on NHS premises, including via vending machines. This scheme was expanded in the 2017/19 Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN). Defining what food and drink would be in scope of any further advertising restrictions will be a part of our consultation.
