We regularly consult with women’s organisations as we develop policies, and will continue to do so. For example, we have engaged with women’s groups through the Centenary Programme, Returners Programme and the LGBT action plan.</p><p>The Government Equalities Office is currently developing a programme of work to ensure that women’s voices are better heard by policymakers. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/05/2018 answer text <p>The Home Office has not undertaken an assessment.</p><p> </p><p>The Modern Crime Prevention Strategy published in March 2016 sets out how we analyse and respond to crime through the consideration of six drivers of crime (opportunity, character, effectiveness of the criminal justice system, profit, drugs and alcohol). This includes looking at new and emerging trends in acquisitive crime where we work closely with the police and relevant industry leads. This is the correct mechanism in which to look again at this issue.</p><p> </p><p>There is now an opportunity for anyone with an interest in this matter to submit evidence for consideration. The National Lottery etc Act 1993 sets out the duties of the Gambling Commission in regulating The National Lottery.
