answer text <br /><p>The Royal Navy is not currently involved in a Search and Rescue Mission in the Mediterranean. However, HMS Enterprise, which is currently deployed as part of the EU Naval Forces Operation in the Mediterranean, will coordinate with assets from other EU member states in order to respond to vessels in distress.</p><p>In addition, a Royal Marine force protection team is deployed on board the Border Force chartered vessel MV VOS GRACE currently in the Aegean Sea, supporting the EU's FRONTEX-led search and rescue operation.</p><p>In total, the UK has rescued over 12,500 people in the Mediterranean.</p><br /> more like this

Bonus payments as well as any other earned income subject to tax are taken into account by the Child Maintenance Service to assess the amount of maintenance due. answer text <p>A property inspection and audit process will form part of the Home Office’s contract compliance regime which will ensure that the required performance standards expected of all providers are met.</p><p>Providers are also required to ensure that the Accommodation for Service Users meets any other statutory housing standards which are applicable in the Specified Contract Region and that licensable Accommodation has been licensed by the Local Authority prior to the property being used to accommodate Service Users and is compliant with the requirements of the LA license whilst the property is used to accommodate Service Users.</p><p>There is no contractual requirement to jointly inspect properties with local authorities; however as part of current working practices Home Office contract compliance teams have completed joint inspections in some local authority areas and welcome continued collaborative working under the new contract arrangements.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Accommodation will be provided to immigration bail applicants if the person does not have adequate accommodation or the means of obtaining it – whether from a public body under different legislative powers or through their own efforts - and the provision of accommodation is necessary in order to avoid a breach of their human rights under Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.</p><p>However, accommodation should only be provided if it is clear that the person cannot reasonably be expected to leave the UK. Any person who could leave the UK in order to avoid homelessness should do so.</p><p>The exceptional criteria set out in the immigration bail policy apply where a residence condition is set as a condition of immigration bail and the individual is unable to support themselves at that address.</p> more like this
