	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2018 answer text <p>The Department for Education (DfE) is committed to delivering a sustainable government estate and reducing its carbon footprint.</p><p>The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) was funded by DfE as the sponsor department for the period of 2015 to 2016 and for the period of 2017 to 2018. The EHRC’s spending on electricity and natural gas is not readily available and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.</p><p>The information requested for DfE, Ofqual and Ofsted is in the attached table in Annex A. The figure for DfE includes all of its agencies and non-departmental bodies and has been adjusted to exclude Ofsted. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/01/2016 answer text <p>There is no requirement to carry out assessments of the refugees and asylum seekers who arrived in 1998 as arrangements for these individuals were made some time ago to have access to health facilities in the Republic of Cyprus as and when they require. Those occupying the Sovereign Base Areas (SBA) Transit Facility located in Dhekelia who arrived in the SBA on 21 October 2015 have regular access to medical, dental and other health facilities as required. Local non-governmental organisations have engaged with the migrants and offered psycho-social support including access to social workers and refugee specialists. The Republic of Cyprus has recently commenced an education package for children and adults at the facility.
