star this property answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice is committed to protecting and supporting child witnesses to help give their best evidence. In doing so, we have equipped the majority of Crown Courts and Magistrates Courts with facilities to enable vulnerable witnesses to give evidence by secure video link from an alternative location to the trial court. We are exploring ways to increase the use of video links, including in cases involving vulnerable and intimidated victims and witnesses.</p><p>We are also working with other criminal justice agencies to improve the uptake of Registered Intermediaries for child and other vulnerable witnesses. I am grateful to the NSPCC, whose campaign will assist in raising awareness.</p><p>Specialist training for judges is the responsibility of the judiciary and the Judicial College.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The NHS Health Check programme is a risk assessment and management programme aimed at preventing a range of illnesses, including diabetes. Economic modelling has shown that potentially it can prevent more than 4,000 people a year from developing diabetes.</p><p> </p><p>Public Health England is supporting local authorities to deliver the NHS Health Check programme. Take up continues to improve with the number of checks being undertaken up by 13% compared to the same period last year.</p><p> </p><p>Strategic Clinical Networks (SCNs) focus on priority service areas to help improve the quality and equity of care and outcomes by bringing together those who use, provide and commission services in the area they serve. There are 12 Cardiovascular Disease Strategic Clinical Networks, 10 of which have dedicated diabetes clinical leads, and they support the prevention of Type 2 diabetes, and identify and share good practice within their areas. Diabetes UK is supporting meetings between the NHS England National Clinical Director for Obesity and Diabetes, and the diabetes clinical leads and associate directors of the SCNs to help ensure that best practice is shared across all 12 regional networks.</p>

However this does not include a full picture of the number of children diagnosed with diabetes.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>It is worth noting that around 97% of children with diabetes have Type 1, which is unrelated to lifestyle factors.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Fifth Assessment Report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) comprises contributions from three Working Groups and a Synthesis Report. The Working Group (WG) reports on the science (WGI), impacts, adaptation and vulnerability (WGII) and mitigation of climate change (WGIII) were published in September 2013, March 2014 and April 2014, respectively. Copies of these reports are available at: <a href="https://www.ipcc.ch/report/ar5/" target="_blank">https://www.ipcc.ch/report/ar5/</a>.</p><p>The Synthesis Report is due to be completed and published at the end of the 40<sup>th</sup> session of the IPCC, 27 - 31 October 2014, in Copenhagen. star this property answer text <p> </p><p>The ICT Mark was launched by the National Association of Advisers for Computers in Education (Naace) in 2007 and was accredited by Becta until 2011. Following the closure of Becta in 2011, Naace took full responsibility for awarding the ICT Mark independently of government, and the Department for Education ceased to have any involvement.
