<p>The UK and Germany have regular discussions on a range of issues including defence exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Officials from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and our Embassy in Berlin continue engagement at senior and working levels. All UK export licence applications for Saudi Arabia are assessed rigorously against the Consolidated EU and National Arms Export Licensing criteria.</p>
