<p>Additional funding of £35 million has been announced for local authorities to deliver
increased support for Afghan households moving from hotels into settled accommodation.</p><p>The
related funding instructions were issued on the 23rd of May 2023 and are available

are continuing to work with local authorities and other partners including Department
of Levelling Up Health and Communities and Cabinet Office to speed up the resettlement
of Afghans into longer term housing, so they can successfully make Britain their home
