answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2021 answer text <p>The UK Government and Transport Scotland have worked closely with rail operators to ensure that adequate cross border rail options are available to delegates wishing to travel between England and Scotland.</p><p>Delegates travelling from Europe and within the UK have been encouraged to travel by rail where possible. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/11/2021 answer text <p>The UK has long recognised the unequivocal threat that climate change and environmental degradation pose to the lives and wellbeing of individuals and communities across the world, including the most marginalised and vulnerable.</p><p>The UK has been committed to amplifying the voices of young people from across the world through our COP26 presidency and domestic frameworks.</p><p>In the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs’ 25 Year Environment Plan, the Government sets out a plan for how the natural environment will be protected and enhanced for our, and future, generations. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/08/2022 answer text <p>It is unclear which specific land routes and land transport modes to Sharm el Sheik the Noble Baroness is recommending. To demonstrate our commitment to sustainability, we will continue to offset the carbon emissions associated with COP Unit staff and the COP26 President travelling on official business. This will include travel to COP27.</p><p><br>The ‘COP26 Sustainability Report’ sets out the measures we took to deliver a sustainable summit, including those relating to attendee travel. The ‘Carbon Management Plan: PAS 2060 Qualifying Explanatory Statement’ details our commitment to carbon neutrality and the steps we took to achieve and verify it.
