All suppliers of vehicle number plates must, by law, be registered with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). Number plate suppliers must keep records of the plates they sell and make these records available for inspection by the police or local authorities. The records must show that number plates have been sold to someone who has proved that they are entitled to display the registration number and provided proof of identity.</p><p> </p><p>If the registered keeper believes that their vehicle’s number plate has been cloned, they should report this to the police who will investigate. Any fines or correspondence the registered keeper receives for offences they are not responsible for should be returned to the issuing authority with an explanation of the circumstances. They are designed to prepare pupils to play a full and active part in society. The Department has not made a formal assessment of these changes.</p><p>When inspecting schools, Ofsted considers the breadth and balance of the curriculum, including provision for pupils’ personal development, behaviour and welfare, as well as their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. This includes how pupils develop and demonstrate knowledge and attitudes that will allow them to participate fully in and contribute positively to life in modern Britain. Ofsted have strengthened their inspection frameworks so that inspectors assess how well all schools protect pupils from the risks of extremism and radicalisation, and promote fundamental British values. Any abuse of staff is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Employers in the NHS are responsible for assessing risks to staff and addressing those risks.</p><p> </p><p>Any abuse against members of NHS staff should be reported and trusts should have no hesitation in involving the police. Detailed guidance is available to NHS employers to assist them in assessing and managing the risks accordingly.
