This includes someone subject to a valid Section 21 notice for eviction. The Act also requires housing authorities to take into account the specific needs of people suffering from mental illness or impairment when designing advice and information services. We expect multi-agency groups to include all relevant organisations and professionals who may come into contact with someone at risk of suicide such as social care services and social workers. Guidance published by Public Health England on developing suicide prevention plans, Local suicide prevention planning: A practice resource, sets out how local data collections are important in developing effective action plans to reduce suicides and that data should be collected across a wide range of services including social care: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/suicide-prevention-developing-a-local-action-plan" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/suicide-prevention-developing-a-local-action-plan</a></p><p>The Government launched the Mental Health Crisis Care Concordat in 2014 which has been signed by a wide range of organisations including the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services, Association of Directors of Children’s Services and the College of Social Work. The 2019-20 settlement confirmed that Core Spending Power is forecast to increase from £45.1 billion in 2018-19 to £46.4 billion in 2019-20. This is a cash-increase of 2.8 per cent and a real-terms increase in resources available to local authorities. This recognises both the growing pressure on local government’s services and higher-than-expected inflation levels. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/12/2020 answer text <p>Shared Ownership has a vital role to play in offering a route into home ownership to those who would otherwise struggle to afford it. In 2018-19, there were over 13,000 shared ownership sales recorded, with the median deposit required to buy a shared ownership home at £13,000. It is up to developers and local planning authorities to agree appropriate funding arrangements for those developments where public open space is a planning condition. The Government believes that it should be clear to potential purchasers what the arrangements are for the upkeep of open space - public or otherwise. The Government is committed to providing freeholders with new rights to ensure that where they do pay charges for the maintenance of communal areas and facilities on a private or mixed use estate, they can access equivalent rights as leaseholders to challenge their reasonableness.
