star this property answer text <p>The Defence Nuclear Safety Regulator (DNSR) concluded that the Nuclear Emergency Response Exercise in question, Exercise Senator 2011, achieved its stated objectives.</p><p>We maintain a robust change and improvement process to ensure that all lessons for the transportation of nuclear materials, however they are identified, are actioned.</p><p>The DNSR assessment report for Exercise Senator 2011 contained five findings, four of which have been formally closed out. The final one has been addressed and we expect it to be fully closed out by the end of the year.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Since 2010 the Defence Nuclear Safety Regulator (DNSR) has issued five safety improvement notices and has not issued any immediate safety requirement notices. Prior to April 2015 the DNSR Annual Assurance Reports, available on GOV.uk, detail the assurance activity conducted by the Regulator. Since this date the reports and contents have been redacted in full, to ensure our capabilities are not compromised. Detailed information on findings for the period specified is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost. Such detailed information would be subject to security classification that would limit disclosure.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence's 'Zero Tolerance to Sexual Offending and Sexual Relationships Between in Instructors and Trainees' policy came into force on 31 March 2022. Under this policy, all Service persons who are convicted of a sexual offence, or who are placed on the Sex Offenders Register, will be dismissed from the Armed Forces. Further policies to address other unacceptable sexual behaviours will be published shortly.</p> more like this
