<p>The Government introduced a revised Environmental Costs Protection Regime (ECPR) in 2018, which allows certain environmental claims to be brought without prohibitive expense.</p><p>The Government is committed to conducting a review of the ECPR and will publish a call for evidence in due course.</p>
