<p>Data is not collected routinely or centrally on the effect of the Equality Act 2010 on different groups. Individual public authorities are responsible for conducting Public Sector Equality Duty assessments of new measures and collecting and using data to ensure that the impact of policies on all groups, including men and heterosexual people, is adequately considered.</p>
