answer text <p>As is set out in the Belfast Agreement, the 1998 Northern Ireland Act, and subsequent political agreements, decisions about the Civic Forum are a devolved matter for the Executive and the Assembly.</p><p> </p><p>This Government’s absolute priority is getting devolution up and running again in Northern Ireland. My Rt honourable Friend, the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, has announced a short, intensive phase of political Talks to restore devolution to Northern Ireland. She provided Parliament with an update on the 7 February.</p> more like this
