answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2023 answer text <p>The UK State Pension is payable worldwide to those who meet the qualifying conditions, without regard to nationality, and the amount is based on an individual’s National Insurance record. UK State Pensions are up-rated overseas only where there is a legal requirement to do so. The Government has no plans to change this policy.</p><p> </p><p>People who live outside the UK will not receive an increase in their State Pension unless they live in:</p><p>- an EEA country or Switzerland; or</p><p>- a country with which DWP have a reciprocal agreement that allows for it. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/06/2022 answer text <p>Answer to HL637:</p><p>Local Authorities were notified of the introduction of a fee exception in the Local Government Bulletin issued on 27 May by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing &amp; Communities.</p><p>The Home Office is continuing to reach out to a wide range of organisations who have an interest in the fee exception and waiver to notify them of their introduction.</p><p>Answer to HL638:</p><p>There are no plans to publish the assessment of the children’s best interests in relation to the child registration fee. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/06/2021 answer text <p>The 2018 restrictions on neonicotinoids were justified by the growing weight of scientific evidence that they are harmful to bees and other pollinators. The Government supported these restrictions because we were not prepared to put our pollinator populations at risk.</p><p> </p><p>Our position on these pesticides remains the same. We support the restrictions on neonicotinoids but can consider applications for emergency authorisations.</p><p> </p><p>We will only grant an emergency authorisation where the relevant statutory requirements are met. They will only be granted for limited and controlled use where the product is necessary because of a danger which cannot be contained by any other reasonable means. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2020 answer text <p>NHS Property Services report that it does not own any part of the estate of Kingston Hospital.</p><p>The Regent Wing required major capital investment to make it fit for purpose and would not provide appropriate modern healthcare facilities. The Trust has therefore saved substantial costs by disposing of the asset but has also been able to utilise the proceeds for other capital projects across the estate.</p><p>Before disposing of the asset, the Trust undertook a full heritage survey of the Regent Wing as part of its pre-application process with the local authority – no comments were made by the local community or local authority. The building was not found to be of significant worth nationally.</p><p>In addition, it undertakes regular community engagement sessions led by the Trust’s Chief Executive Officer, which has included the Regent Wing disposal.
