answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/07/2023 answer text <p>The condition of the HMCTS estate is kept under review to make sure court and tribunal buildings are safe, secure and meet statutory obligations.</p><p> </p><p>We have spent over £185 million on court maintenance and repairs in the two years to April 2023, to enhance the resilience of the estate and maintain court capacity.
