answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2019 answer text <p>The Human Tissue Act 2004, as amended, sets out the requirements for consent to organ donation.</p><p>The Human Tissue Authority is currently consulting on a revised Code of Practice F: Donation of solid organs and tissue for transplantation, to reflect amendments to the Human Tissue Act 2004 from the Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Act 2019.</p><p>The revised code will provide clinical advice and guidance for organ and tissue transplant professionals in England on how the new law will affect their practice from spring 2020. It also provides guidance in situations where someone’s consent to donate their organs is not clear or when clinical decisions are complex. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/01/2020 answer text <p>As of 27 January 2020 the Ministry of Defence (MOD) currently has 8951 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) properties vacant in England (20%), 850 properties in Scotland (27%) and 274 properties in Wales (25%). These figures represent a snapshot in time as the occupancy rate varies on a daily basis as Service families move in and out. The Department is focused on reducing the number of empty properties in the UK from the current level of 20% overall to a 10% management margin by Autumn 2021. This is being achieved by handing back vacant properties in England and Wales to Annington Homes; widening eligibility to cohabiting couples and Service leavers; and accelerating the letting of temporarily empty properties to screened members of the public at prevailing market rates.</p><p>SFA are modernised as required to maintain them at a Decent Homes Standard (DHS). 97% of all SFA meet DHS as a minimum, and are, therefore, available for allocation to Service families. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/08/2019 answer text <p>The Government is committed to tackling poverty in all its forms by building a strong economy and a benefit system that supports employment and higher pay. A child growing up in a home where all adults are working is around 5 times less likely to be in poverty than a child in a household where nobody works. Since 2010, there are around 1 million fewer workless households and 667,000 fewer children in such households.</p><p>To help make sure every child gets the best start in life, the Department for Education is investing up to £26 million in a programme to establish or improve breakfast clubs in over 1,700 schools, targeting most disadvantaged areas. The programme’s effectiveness will be reviewed once it concludes next year. Additionally, over 1.2 million of the most disadvantaged children receive a free school meal.</p><p>The Government has not made an assessment of the incidence of food banks or similar charity-based provision in England and Wales. We have pressed for any movement to be safe, voluntary and informed, and for strong protection safeguards and measures to be part of any relocation plan. We have insisted that humanitarian aid assistance should be provided independently of movements and of any relocation plan. Restrictions of movement are limited to Erbil. The UN Refugee Agency is negotiating with the KRG on allowing this camp population access to Erbil. The Mayor is responsible for determining which types of vehicles are restricted from operating in Central London at certain times of day. The Mayor also determines the policy for the Ultra Low Emission Zone in Central London and the emissions levels for complaint vehicles.
