<p>In light of recent public statements, we are concerned about any potential military escalation in Northern Syria, which risks impacting the stability and security of the region, international efforts to defeat Daesh, and the already fragile humanitarian situation.</p><p>We continue to monitor the situation closely and to assess what impact military escalation in Syria might have.</p>
