The Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations (RVLR) 1989 permit the use of amber warning beacons capable of emitting a flashing or rotating beam of light to raise awareness of vehicles during recovery operations. In this case, we understand that the options and concept stages of the scheme began in the autumn of 2016 before the publication of the Walking, Cycling and Horse Riding Assessment and were subject to the applicable standard on Non-Motorised User Audits. The Transport Assessment accompanying the planning application provided information satisfying the criteria for a non-motorised user context report.</p><p>A Review Report is required at the end of the preliminary design stage and before commencement of detailed design followed by a further Review Report at the end of the detailed design phase and before construction commences. The design team is now at the end of the preliminary design stage, but detailed design has not yet begun. A Review Report is now due and will be completed before the commencement of detailed design.</p><p>The preliminary design improved pedestrian, cycle and equestrian access in the vicinity of the South Downs National Park, and further opportunities for improvement may be identified through a forthcoming Walking, Cycling and Horse Riding Review. The preliminary design was also compliant with Highways England’s design standards for cycle provision. Under the Chicago Convention, only the Republic of Cyprus may designate Ercan (in the north of Cyprus) as an international customs airport and grant permission for flights to operate from within its territory. The Republic of Cyprus has not designated Ercan.</p><p> </p><p>This means that no direct air services between the north of Cyprus and the UK can take place. Ultimately, a just and lasting settlement on the island is the best chance of resolving these complex issues. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/05/2019 answer text <p>Reviews of the first two schemes to be designed to the all lane running standard, both on the M25, shows they are performing well and in line with expectations; successfully increasing capacity and improving journeys for motorists. These reviews found that the M25 schemes delivered an overall 27% safety improvement.</p><p> </p><p>Nevertheless, to help drivers feel more confident they can find a place to stop in an emergency, Highways England have committed to reducing the maximum spacing of emergency areas which is currently about every mile and a half (about 90 seconds at 60mph), to around every mile (about every minute at 60mph). Growth Deals are locally led and proposals must have local support, deliver growth and represent good value for public money.
