However, the department does produce annual rough sleeping counts and estimates, which are single night snapshots of the number of people sleeping rough in local authority areas. In autumn 2017, there were 369 people aged 25 years and under who were recorded as sleeping rough in England.</p><p>From April of this year, the Government extended personal adviser support for all care leavers up to age 25. The recently published Rough Sleeping Strategy also committed an additional £3.2 million of funding for 47 local authority areas to employ specialist personal advisers. That is why we are increasing total investment in the police system by over £460m in 2018-19, of which more than £280m from increased council tax precept will go direct to forces to spend locally.</p><p>It is for operationally independent Chief Constables to decide how to best deploy officers in their force area to effectively serve and engage their communities and to build their trust and confidence. Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) are elected by the public to hold Chief constables and the force to account; making the police answerable to the communities they serve.</p><p>HMICFRS has raised concerns about neighbourhood policing being eroded since the Government moved away from a centralised model. This year, inspectors found improvement but remain concerned about the balance between short-term response to demand, and longer-term prevention activity.</p><p>The College of Policing published guidelines on modernising neighbourhood policing in March 2018. This year’s HMICFRS effectiveness report recommended that forces review their approach by October 2018 against these standards. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/11/2018 answer text <p>The most recent official data on average length of family-related leave taken by parents is from the Maternity and Paternity Rights Survey in 2009, which collected data from parents of children born in 2008 across Great Britain.</p><p>This shows that in 2008,</p><ul><li>mothers took an average of 39 weeks of maternity leave, up from 32 weeks in 2006.</li><li>amongst fathers who took some paternity leave, 16% took more than two weeks, 50% took two weeks and 34% took less than two weeks of leave.</li></ul><p>This does not contain information on average weeks of unpaid Parental Leave, nor of Shared Parental Leave which was introduced in 2015.</p><p>Information on the amount of leave taken at the regional or local level is not available.</p><p>The full Maternity and Paternity Rights Survey 2009/10 Research Report can be found here:</p><p>https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/214367/rrep777.pdf</p><p>We are currently evaluating the Shared Parental Leave and Pay schemes. Around 74% of these individuals are estimated to be female and 26% are estimated to be male.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC estimates that a total of 5.5m individuals made workplace pension contributions using relief at source, reported via RTI in 2015/16. Around 45% of these individuals are estimated to be female and 55% are estimated to be male.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC’s Survey of Personal Income (SPI) was used to estimate earnings for these individuals. Well capitalised banks, under a robust regulatory framework, are better able to lend to the economy, supporting jobs and growth. A full response to the European Banking Authority’s (EBA) report has been published by the Bank of England (BoE). The BoE noted that the results of the latest EBA test confirmed the results of earlier BoE stress tests that the participating UK banks would be resilient to a severe economic and market stress.
