answer text <p>The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) carried out an initial consultation on ATOL Reform in 2021, which explored ways to improve the financial resilience of ATOL holders with better protection of consumer money. The CAA published their summary of responses to the consultation on 25 May 2022. We are working closely with the CAA and expect further consultation on firm proposals later this year.</p> more like this
