The design and use of our built and natural environments are major determinants of health and wellbeing. Should the evidence base develop further, we would look to organisations such as the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence to update clinical policy. The legislation then needs to go through the necessary clearances before it can be laid in UK Parliament and the Welsh Senedd.
