Policy measures under consideration include standards and consumer information. We are seeking powers, through the Environment Bill, that will enable us, where appropriate and subject to consultation, to introduce ecodesign and consumer information requirements.</p><p> </p><p>Work is taking place to commission an updated lifecycle assessment for washable and disposable nappies which will look at the waste and energy impacts of washable products, disposal to landfill, and recycling options. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/11/2020 answer text <p>Any extension to the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme would be subject to the outcome of the Spending Review.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to improving the building stock as part of reaching our net zero targets, up to £65bn investment will be needed in housing retrofit across the 2020s.</p><p> </p><p>We have confirmed that the delivery dates for Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery scheme and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Demonstrator will extend into 2021/22 to provide assurance that work will be available. Healthcare professionals have a duty of care to safeguard patients who may be vulnerable to being drawn into terrorism. Prevent is a statutory duty for National Health Service trusts and foundation trusts, whose staff may need to share personal information to ensure that a person at risk of radicalisation is given appropriate support. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/11/2020 answer text <p>The Simple Energy Advice Service (SEA) was launched in 2018, in response to the Government-commissioned Each Home Counts Review, as a new digital and phoneline service to provide homeowners with impartial and tailored advice on how to cut their energy bills and make their homes greener. It also provides information on any available local and national financial support.</p><p> </p><p>Softwire were, and remain, contracted to develop, and construct the website with content provided by BEIS Policy teams.</p><p> </p><p>In order to feature on the website, businesses and tradespeople must be registered with TrustMark and appropriately certified to install energy efficiency and low carbon heat measures. TrustMark is the government-endorsed quality scheme covering work a consumer chooses to have carried out on their home.</p><p> </p><p>The content of the site is regularly reviewed and updated by BEIS policy teams and we also gather feedback from external stakeholders. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/10/2020 answer text <p>The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) designed and implemented the External Wall System form (EWS1) in conjunction with mortgage lenders to assist in the valuation of high-rise residential buildings for mortgage purposes. Not all lenders request an EWS1 form, and the Government does not support a blanket approach in EWS1 use for lower risk properties. We are working with mortgage lenders to support a more pragmatic approach in their valuation of homes within multi storey residential buildings. We are encouraging lenders to accept a broader range of evidence to assure themselves of a build’s value.
