answer text
Her Majesty's Government welcomes the peace accord, signed on 19 June. However, we remain concerned by continued violence between armed groups in the Central African Republic, which is causing heavy civilian loss of life and significant population displacement, despite the agreement including an immediate cessation of hostilities. We call on all armed group leaders immediately to implement the cessation provisions in the agreement as well as to honour their commitment, without any restriction, to the disarmament, demobilization, reintegration and repatriation process.
more like this

answer text
The impact of freezing the repayment threshold for 5 years was described in the government’s consultation document, which was published in July 2015.

https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/freezing-the-student-loan-repayment-threshold

Those who earn above the £21,000 threshold can expect to repay nearly £6 extra per week by 2021 (in 2021 prices), or around £306 per year.

We expect that an additional 9% of graduates will start to repay as a result of the threshold freeze. This equates to 190,000 of the 2.1 million Plan 2 graduates expected to be in repayment by 2020/21.

The £21,000 threshold remains higher in real terms than that applicable to student loans taken out before 2012.
more like this

answer text
The British Government welcomed the announcement on the formation of a new interim technocratic government for the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPTs). Through Department for International Development funding of £130 million for 2011-15, the UK supports the Palestinian Authority (PA) in building and maintaining the institutions needed for a future Palestinian state. Support to the PA is vital for maintaining stability on the ground through continued service delivery for Palestinians and security co-operation with Israel. We have made clear that our continued support will rest on the new government's ability to live up to its commitments to the principle of non-violence and acceptance of all previous agreements and obligations, including Israel's legitimate right to exist. In addition, through the tri-departmental Conflict Pool, the UK supports peace and stability by funding projects in Israel and the OPTs with a budget of £4 million for 2014-15.
more like this
