answer text <p /> <p>The Secure College Pathfinder in Leicestershire will be the first of a new generation of establishments which will put education at the heart of youth custody, giving young people the skills, training and discipline to get their lives back on track.</p><p> </p><p>An appeal was not lodged following refusal of planning permission for the temporary access road through Eyres-Monsell Park as an existing privately owned road, Tigers Road, was found to be a suitable alternative.</p> more like this
