answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2023 answer text <p>The Fisheries and Seafood Scheme (FaSS) has had two distinct phases. Initially, we launched FaSS in April 2021 for one year, during which 529 applications were received, 98% (522) of which were successful and £8.5 million was allocated and spent. The scheme was relaunched in April 2022 and since then 815 applications have been received, 99% (808) of which were successful and £18 million has been allocated. This is in excess of the c. £12 million we originally allocated as a result of our efforts to keep the scheme open as long as possible. Unfortunately, we were still unable to fund new FaSS applications throughout 2023-24 and the scheme has now closed to new applications. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/12/2018 answer text <p>The first of five key aims for the NHS Genomic Medicine Service is to provide consistent and equitable care for the country’s 55 million population.</p><p> </p><p>A key element of the Genomic Medicine Service is the National Genomic Test Directory which outlines the entire repertoire of genomic tests – from Whole Genomic Sequencing to panel tests, to tests for single genes and molecular markers – that are available as part of the National Health Service clinical service in England.</p><p> </p><p>The Genomic Medicine Service will be supported by an informatics system, that is being developed in partnership with Genomics England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/06/2014 answer text <p>Information on the number of asthma patients with a care plan is not collected. However, the Government's mandate to NHS England says that by 2015, everyone with a long term condition should be offered a personalised care plan.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England is supporting clinical commissioning groups to improve out of hospital treatment for those with asthma by giving doctors more control over the commissioning of asthma services and improving information links between general practitioners and hospitals.
