answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/11/2022 answer text <p>The ‘Delivery plan for tackling the COVID-19 backlog of elective care’ sets out how the National Health Service will recover and expand elective services over the next three years, including in Bolton South East. We have allocated more than £8 billion from 2022/23 to 2024/25, in addition to the £2 billion Elective Recovery Fund and £700 million Targeted Investment Fund already made available in 2021/2022 to increase elective activity. This funding aims to deliver the equivalent of approximately nine million additional checks and procedures and 30% further elective activity by 2024/25 than pre-pandemic levels. A proportion of this funding will be invested in workforce capacity and training and we have committed to invest £5.9 billion for new beds, equipment and technology.</p><p>The target to eliminate waiting times of two years or more for elective procedures was met in July 2022 and we aim to eliminate waiting time of eighteen months or more by April 2023. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/10/2022 answer text <p>On 22 September 2022, we announced ‘Our plan for patients’, which contains measures to assist people make an informed choice on their general practitioner (GP) practice, book an appointment more easily, benefit from more care options and increase the diversity of general practice teams. Since 2010, 5 care homes in Bolton South East have been deactivated. The ‘deactivated’ locations exclude care homes where the provider continues to operate under a new, separate registration, which may be due to a change in legal entity or provider.</p><p>Some care homes have both types of care home service with nursing and care home service without nursing and in these cases, the home is classified as a nursing home. The Department’s standard practice is to set the payment percentage based on measured sales. The payment percentage projected for 2023 is in line with Department projections shared with industry when the Voluntary Scheme for Branded Medicines Pricing and Access (VPAS) was agreed.</p><p>We have seen no evidence that increased VPAS payments have or will impact on the supply of medicines to the National Health Service. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/10/2022 answer text <p>With the introduction of the Defence Medical Information Capability Programme (DMICP), the electronic patient record system for the Armed Forces, the vast majority of personnel who have left service since 2010 will have had a Ministry of Defence (MOD) digital primary healthcare record. Conversely, those who left the Armed Forces prior to the introduction of DMICP are likely to have a paper, rather than digital, record.</p><p>When personnel leave the Armed Forces, their healthcare becomes the responsibility of the NHS in the majority of cases. One to three months before discharge, Service personnel are required to register with an NHS GP. The GP then requests the individual's service medical records from the MOD.
