answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/02/2022 answer text <p>Specific control measures exist to minimise exposure to chemicals with endocrine disrupting properties through the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) regulatory work on plant protection products (pesticides) and biocides, and through its regulatory regimes (Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) and Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)). These measures apply to all workers and they aim to reduce use and exposure to such chemicals and stimulate replacement with safer alternatives. This framework does not specifically target women’s exposure to Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs).</p><p> </p><p>CLP classifies chemicals, including those with endocrine disrupting properties, for the intrinsic hazards they possess, and this will filter through to labels, safety data sheets and other controls in order to reduce use and exposure to such chemicals and recommend safer alternatives.</p><p> </p><p>Regulation 16 of The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (MHSWR) requires the risk assessment to include any risks to females of childbearing age who could become pregnant, and any risks to new and expectant mothers. Our National Bus Strategy made clear that the highest safety standards will be upheld by the commissioners. Bus Service Improvement Plans should also demonstrate how Local Transport Authorities and bus operators will work together to ensure safety. In addition, taxi licensing authorities are completing reviews of their existing policies and the Department is supporting the Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles (Safeguarding and Road Safety) Bill through Parliament. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/02/2022 answer text <p>Pursuant to answer of 1 February to Question 11694 and answer of 26 June 2020 to Question 28755, there have not been any changes to internal management information processes or publication standard that have changed within the last two years.</p><p>The Home Office remains committed to routinely publishing information which shows the number of cases in the entire asylum system outstanding, however some data we are unable to provide as it is not easily aggregated, can only be obtained at disproportionate costs or not held in a reportable format.</p><p>However, data on case age can be found in ASY_03 of the published Transparency data:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/migration-transparency-data" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/migration-transparency-data</a></p><p>Whilst there are a number of older outstanding cases in the system, these are more complex cases which generally have barriers that prevents an initial asylum decision being made.
