answer text <p>Consumption of any tobacco product is harmful and it is the Government’s policy to support people to quit all forms of tobacco use. Oral tobacco, or snus, is banned in the United Kingdom under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.</p><p>There is limited data on the health risks posed to smokers who switch to snus products. Evidence submitted on snus to the United States Food and Drug Administration states that there are still health risks involved with the use of snus. Although snus products contain significantly lower levels of harmful carcinogens than other smokeless tobacco products, the products contain nitrosamines, including NNN and NNK, which have been demonstrated to cause cancer, including cancers of the mouth. A copy of this evidence, <em>Modified Risk Tobacco Product (MRTP) ApplicationTechnical Project Lead (TPL) Review</em>, is attached.</p><p><em>Health risks of Scandinavian snus consumption (English summary)</em> from Norway shows that tobacco products such as oral tobacco contains carcinogenic substances which are associated with a number of adverse health effects. This is regardless of whether the individual is a smoker or not. A copy of this summary is attached.</p>

answer text <p>The Afghan Citizen Resettlement Scheme (ACRS) will provide those put at risk by recent events in Afghanistan with a route to safety. The ACRS is one of the most generous schemes in our country's history under which we will welcome up to 5,000 vulnerable Afghans over the next year and up to a total of 20,000 in the coming years. There will not be a formal application process for the ACRS. The scheme is not yet open and further details, including eligibility criteria, will be announced in due course by the Home Office. Further details on the scheme will be published here: <ins class="ministerial">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/afghanistan-resettlement-and-immigration-policy-statement</ins><del class="ministerial">Afghanistan resettlement and immigration policy statement - GOV.UK</del>. Unfortunately not all who wish to leave Afghanistan will be eligible under the ACRS. answer text <p>All Ministry of Defence (MOD) personnel are required to undertake initial and refresher training to ensure they can recognise threats to security and can respond appropriately. The mandated training is the Defence Information Management Passport (DIMP) online course, which must be retaken every three years, and annual attendance at a General Security Threat Brief (this covers all elements of protective security and includes information and cyber security).</p><p>In the period 1 February 2021 (when Version six was introduced) to 4 October 2021, a total of <del class="ministerial">81,306</del><ins class="ministerial">12,520</ins> MOD <ins class="ministerial">civil service</ins> staff completed or refreshed their DIMP in accordance with the three-yearly cycle. Completion data is not held by grade within the Defence Learning Environment. Longer term training records will be held locally by business units, but collating this information would involve going out to all sites across MOD, and this would incur disproportionate cost.</p><p>General Security Threat Briefs are delivered locally, and no data regarding attendance is held centrally. answer text <p>The staffing resource assigned to Work Coach and Disability Employment Adviser activities is given below, measured as Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) based on activity-based management (ABM) activities and Staff in Post (SiP).</p><p>Disability Employment Adviser is one of several activities that are counted as Work Coach activities.
