answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2020 answer text <p>The Government is committed to supporting local businesses during this crucial trading period.</p><p>To support retailers in tiers 1-3, we have eased planning rules to allow shops to be open for longer Monday to Saturday from 2 December, giving consumers greater flexibility to choose when they shop. These measures will run through the January sales.</p><p>Retailers in tier 4 can continue to offer click and collect, and delivery services which will help businesses keep trading.</p><p>We have modified the closing time for hospitality to last orders at 10pm and closing time at 11pm. He reiterated these messages when he met Ethiopian Deputy Prime Minister Demeke on 25 November and made clear that all parties to the conflict need to want to find a political solution. I also stressed these points when I spoke with the Ethiopian Minister of Finance on 16 November and the Ethiopian Ambassador in London on 18 November, as well as in my tweets of 9 December and 24 November. This particularly protects cancer patients from immunocompromised infection. We will issue them in due course as an official statistics release in accordance with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics. Whilst the initial statistics will not have median clearance times, these will be developed for publication in due course. There are no plans to provide these statistics by medical condition.</p><p> </p><p>Statistics on Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) Work Capability Assessment (WCA) outcomes are published quarterly. If the claimant has certain conditions (e.g. pregnant and risk to self or child) or are undergoing certain treatments (e.g. chemotherapy) they will be referred for a WCA earlier.</p><p> </p><p>Once referred claimants are issued a capability for work questionnaire (UC50). Claimants have 4 weeks to complete and return this along with any supporting evidence to the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS).</p><p> </p><p>Once received at HAAS, the information is reviewed by a Healthcare Professional (HCP). The HCP will determine if there is enough information to enable the case to be cleared on scrutiny. This may include contacting other professionals who support the claimant, such as their GP or Consultant, for supporting evidence. If the HCP is unable to clear by paper scrutiny a face-to-face assessment is scheduled.</p><p> </p><p>Due to Coronavirus restrictions claimants may experience a longer wait for their assessment, and may be asked to attend a telephone assessment while face-to-face assessments remain suspended. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/12/2020 answer text <p>The Government supports the National Health Service in research, development and adoption readiness of Advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), including gene therapies, through the Advanced Therapy Treatment Centre network, which is hosted by the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and set up through funding from the UK Research and Innovation Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence appraises new drugs including ATMPS such as gene therapies. NICE has recommended the majority of ATMPs it has assessed to date. NICE is currently reviewing its methods and processes for technology appraisals and highly specialised technologies and this review considers ATMPs and other emerging technologies.</p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service is well prepared for the adoption of ATMPs which are recommended by NICE. NHS England and NHS Improvement, the Accelerated Access Collaborative and direct commissioning teams work with a range of stakeholders to undertake horizon scanning of new health technologies to ensure the preparations can be made if treatments are recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence.
