The Government has been clear that airlines and travel agents should not deny consumers their legal right to a refund, if it is requested and this should be done in a timely manner. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) undertook a review of the refund policies of all UK airlines, as well as a number of international airlines that operate flights to and from the UK. The CAA has utilised this review to influence airlines to change their processes and practices in order to improve performance in providing refunds. The CAA’s actions have led to an improved quality of service and performance from most airlines. I have been in contact with Hon. Members from the South Yorkshire area on the issue of a round table.</p><p> </p><p>Prior to lockdown, Defra officials were working to set this up. However, the coronavirus pandemic has caused delays. The majority of people who take a test in person will receive their result the next day. The country has moved back to a tiered system of local restrictions. We do not publish testing data in the format requested, however our laboratories are processing more than 1 million tests a week and we recently announced new facilities and technology to process results even faster and to ensure capacity. We have developed capacity to almost 350,000 swab tests a day and we are scaling this capacity up to 500,000 tests a day by the end of October. The median distance to in-person testing sites for booked tests has now decreased to 3.3 miles and 90% of people who book a test at a test centre live 14.8 miles or less away. We are scaling up our testing capacity even further to 500,000 tests a day by the end of October, expanding our network of testing sites and adding new Lighthouse laboratories in Newport, Newcastle, Charnwood and Brant's Bridge to add to the existing national network. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2020 answer text <p>On 1 August the Government changed the National Health Service incident level from Level 4 (national) to Level 3 (regional) due to the COVID-19 demand on the NHS, after the Chief Medical Officers and the Government’s Joint Biosecurity Centre downgraded the United Kingdom’s overall COVID-19 alert level in June. As a result, NHS England and NHS Improvement issued guidance on 31 August stating that general practitioner (GP) practices must offer face-to-face appointments at surgeries and continue to use remote triage, video, online and telephone consultations where appropriate – whilst also considering those unable to access or engage with digital services.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement are currently carrying out an evaluation of online and video consultations in general practice to understand their impact. During the pandemic, life-saving kidney transplants still took place although kidney donor transplantation activity was 20% lower compared to the same period in 2019.</p><p>Patients requiring dialysis continued to receive that treatment.
