A key aspect of our support is prevention to help British people keep safe overseas, including representations to authorities overseas to make local environments safer for British people. Where this is not possible we may advise against travel. The Foreign Secretary announced today that we advise against all but essential travel for the next 30 days due to the current outbreak of Covid19, which has affected our ability to provide consular support.</p><p>We have specialist teams working on forced marriage, murder, kidnap and cases involving those on death row or at risk of the death penalty. It will contain at least 750 roles, made up of teams from HMT, BEIS, DIT and MHCLG. We expect the implementation timetable to be set out at the forthcoming Spending Review, though we hope the new office will be fully operational by the end of this Parliament.</p><p> </p><p>The exact grade mix and range of roles that the Treasury will provide has yet to be finalised, and is subject to internal consultation with the teams involved. However, we expect a full range of roles and grades, including SCS, to be represented. There is now a policy presumption against the creation of new public bodies in London.</p><p>As part of the Places for Growth programme, the Government will seek to establish sustainable career pathways into senior grades so that London is not the only route for progression to the Senior Civil Service. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/03/2020 answer text <p>The National Health Service has world-renowned critical care facilities which includes access to around 5,000 adult and 900 paediatric critical care ventilators, with further ventilators available outside of critical care facilities.</p><p>Work preparing the NHS has been ongoing and we have already nearly doubled ventilator capacity. New and existing suppliers are being asked to build as many as they can. The Prime Minister has issued a call to United Kingdom industry to produce additional ventilators and the Department asked appropriate potential manufacturers on 13 March to come forward with proposals for new ventilation machines. Clinical trials are being developed to assess the benefits of a number of different medicines in treating COVID-19. Further medicines may be trialled should evidence indicate to the Department that this would be an appropriate course of action. The Department, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, Public Health England and the National Health Service are working together to ensure that trials can begin as soon as possible. However, the United Kingdom Therapeutics Task Force has independently assessed tocilizumab as having potential, and it is expected to begin evaluation in the UK imminently as part of the RECOVERY and REMAP-CAP studies. UK patients will be able to access tocilizumab as part of this trial. The international community has a responsibility to respond to the human rights violations in North Korea which, as the UN Commission of Inquiry in 2014 concluded, may amount to crimes against humanity. The UK is fully committed to the principle that there must be no impunity for the most serious international crimes. North Korea is not a State Party to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and so a referral of the situation in North Korea could be made only by the UN Security Council in this instance. The UK continues to support an annual debate on North Korean human rights issues in the UN Security Council.
