answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2019 answer text <p>We welcome the direction and messages in China’s Foreign Investment Law and look forward to seeing robust regulations giving improved protection for foreign IP, technology and access to procurement.</p><p>The Government, through our overseas network, HM Trade Commissioner, and through Ministerial visits, works actively to engage with China’s central and regional governments and businesses, to support trade and reduce barriers for UK companies looking to export to and invest in China,.</p><p>For example, in the past year we have secured market access improvements benefitting a range of UK industries, including the removal of the BSE ban on British beef, raising foreign equity caps in petrol stations and improved access for British dairy. Additionally, at the China International Import Exposition (CIIE) in Shanghai in November 2018, the UK showcased the best in British innovation, gaining significant media attention in China. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2019 answer text <p>The Foreign Secretary regularly speaks to his counterparts in the United States about how to secure a diplomatic solution to the threat posed by North Korea’s illegal nuclear and ballistic missile programmes, most recently to Secretary of State Pompeo on 5 March.</p><p> </p><p>We had hoped the talks between President Trump and Kim Jong-Un in Hanoi, Vietnam, 27-28 February, would prove a basis for progress. However, it was clear that there is more work to do espeically on the issue of denuclearisation. We welcome the US commitment to continue negotiations and continue to urge North Korea to engage in this process. NICE has processes in place to periodically review its guidelines to ensure that they reflect the latest available evidence. Such reviews are normally carried out every five years. These credit unions operated across England, Wales and Scotland. The Credit Union Expansion Project did not include credit unions in Northern Ireland as the aim of the project was to drive up membership of GB credit unions from a very low base. Across GB less than 1% of the population were members of a credit union at the outset of the project. The situation in Northern Ireland is different with over 26% of the population being members of credit unions.
