The UK Government is extremely concerned about the situation in Venezuela and continues to call for all actors to allow unhindered access for humanitarian assistance to meet the urgent needs of the Venezuelan people.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>There is a lack of official data from the Maduro regime, but the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that approximately 4.1 million people are currently undernourished.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We remain in touch with partners in the region, including through British Embassies and DFID advisers deployed to the region. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/02/2019 answer text <p>The Government has committed to putting in place a compensation scheme for members of the Windrush generation who have suffered loss as a result of difficulties in demonstrating their lawful immigration status.</p><p><br>The Home Office is currently considering views on the design and operation of the compensation scheme submitted during a recent public consultation, which closed on 16 November.</p><p><br>The compensation scheme is not yet in place to receive applications. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2019 answer text <p>We do not provide operational details of the returns charter flight programme.</p><p>To confirm or deny details of those who are scheduled on the returns charter flight to Jamaica would amount to processing of their personal data and would be unlawful under data protection legislation.</p><p>Those scheduled to be on the flight are Foreign National Offenders without a right to remain in the UK. The UK Borders Act 2007 requires that the Home Secretary issues a deportation order for anyone who is a foreign national offender. DFID is currently the second largest global funder of the effort against malaria and will remain a leading global donor in the future. She restated our five-year pledge, made in 2016, to spend half a billion pounds a year tackling this disease. We are fulfilling that pledge and, as Chair-in-Office, continue to work with Commonwealth countries and members of the Roll Back Malaria Partnership to achieve the commitment of Commonwealth Heads of Government to halve the incidence of malaria in the Commonwealth by 2023. Sea-Watch 3 disembarked the 47 rescued migrants on board at Catania (Sicily) on 31 January.
