To provide upfront support for high streets we are cutting business rates by a third for up to 90 per cent of retail properties for two years, subject to state aid limits. We have also created a £675 million Future High Streets Fund to help local areas make their high streets and town centres fit for the future.</p><p>As part of this package for high streets and town centres we will trial a register of empty commercial properties to help prospective retailers to find empty properties and help local stakeholders tackle fragmented ownership on their high street. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2018 answer text <p>In addition to all the clinical commissioning group commissioned mental health services, many of which have pathways and services relevant to armed forces, NHS England commissions two bespoke services for veterans experiencing mental health difficulties.</p><p>The first is the Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service which supports serving personnel who need additional support as they are leaving the armed forces and veterans who have mental health issues. The Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service is also the entry point to the Complex Treatment Service, the second service commissioned by NHS England. These are reported in the Consolidated Fund accounts as having a remote probability of crystallising. The UK will receive a share of the pre-paid guarantee funds and reflows from these operations and, in the event of crystallisation, the UK will receive its share of any amounts recovered by the EU.</p><p> </p><p>Under Article 147 (formerly Article 140), the UK will stand behind a share of EU contingent liabilities arising from legal cases related to the budget and linked policies and programmes up to the end of 2020. Prosecutions for more serious and complex cases have risen, including a 5% increase in homicide, a 17% increase in fraud and forgery and a 28% increase in sexual offences cases. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/11/2018 answer text <p>The Johnston Press Pension Plan is currently in the Pension Protection Fund’s (PPF) assessment period, where it will be assessed whether the scheme’s funding level is sufficient to secure pensions to its members at least equal to the level of compensation the PPF would pay. If the scheme’s funding is not sufficient, then it will transfer into the PPF and compensation will be paid at 100 per cent for individuals over their scheme’s retirement age at the date of the insolvency, and 90 per cent of the member’s accrued benefits, subject to an overall cap for everyone else.
