answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/12/2017 answer text <p>We take hate crime in all its forms very seriously: the United Kingdom has some of the strongest hate crime legislation in the world. The statistical breakdowns provided by Tell MAMA give an invaluable insight into the extent and nature of the deplorable abuse which Muslim citizens are subjected to on account of their belief or appearance. It is notable that most reported offline incidents of anti-Muslim hatred involve male perpetrators and that the majority of victims of offline incidents are women, most of whom are visibly Muslim. The Government has committed funding of £100 million to counter violence against women and girls with prosecutions and convictions for such offences rising 63 per cent since 2007-08.</p><p>This Government has done more than any other to tackle anti-Muslim hatred. We set up the first ever cross-government working group on anti-Muslim hatred. We have funded Tell MAMA, the first service to record incidents, support victims and raise community awareness of how to report anti-Muslim hate incidents. We are also disaggregating religious hate crime data held by the police to reveal the true scale and nature of the problem. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2017 answer text <p>Psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis are part of group of musculoskeletal conditions referred to collectively as spondyloarthritis. This term also refers to conditions including: reactive arthritis; enteropathic arthritis; and undifferentiated spondyloarthritis. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence advises that spondyloarthritis has a reported prevalence in Western Europe of between 0.8% in 1.7%.</p><p> </p><p>Improving Lives - the Work, Health and Disability Green Paper, published on 31 October 2016, set out the Government’s commitment to work with NHS England to identify opportunities for regular collection of data about incidence, prevalence, clinical activity and outcomes of musculoskeletal conditions and services in England. The Government’s Mandate to NHS England reiterated this commitment. On 30 November 2017 the Government published Improving Lives - The Future of Work, Health and Disability in response to the Green Paper. In building on the commitment in the Green Paper to identify opportunities for routine data collection about musculoskeletal incidence, prevalence, clinical activity, and outcomes, the report set out that a data advisory group, led by Arthritis Research UK, has been examining the issue. On 1 December 2017 the advisory group presented its recommendations to NHS England, which is currently considering the appropriate next steps. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>The Government established an independent Financial Policy Committee (FPC) to identify, monitor and take action to remove or reduce systemic risks with a view to protecting and enhancing the resilience of the UK financial system. In March 2017 the FPC judged the appropriate Tier 1 capital requirement for the UK banking system, in aggregate and net of any countercyclical capital buffer, to be 13.5% of risk-weighted assets, as currently measured. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/12/2017 answer text <p>DFID has a dedicated Education Research Team with a £12m per annum portfolio of innovative research on education systems, raising learning outcomes, and learning and skills beyond primary education. This research portfolio has a particular focus on disadvantaged groups and the pursuit of an equitable start to learning for all. Research commissioned through this team, along with the UK Research Community, has ensured that teachers, equity and systems reform are at the centre of DFID’s new education policy.</p><p>DFID has commissioned rigorous reviews of existing evidence and, as a result of the findings, concluded a focus on children with disabilities. For example, one research project, which is funded by DFID through the UK Economic and Social Research Council, investigates different modalities for teaching literacy in deaf communities in India, Ghana and Uganda.
