The UK is clear that questions related to Catalonia are a matter for the Government and people of Spain, and there needs to be respect for the laws and Constitution of Spain. As for UK citizens in Catalonia, they enjoy the same constitutional rights as UK citizens in any other autonomous community of the Kingdom of Spain.</p> more like this

answer text <p>This Government is committed to improving mental health services for teenagers as part of our focus on children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. The Department is working with NHS England and other partners to drive forward system wide, sustainable transformation to improve the support offered to children and young people.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We are already making progress in a number of areas including:</p><p> </p><p>- the extension and expansion of the children and young people’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme;</p><p> </p><p>- the commissioning of a new prevalence survey on mental health problems in children and young people; and</p><p> </p><p>- joint training and piloting of staff in schools and local mental health services to strengthen the mental health support and advice available in schools.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In addition, NHS England is leading work to develop new access and waiting time standards for eating disorder services.</p><p> </p>

answer text <p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Men and women only mix at two immigration removal centres (IRC); Yarl's Wood family accommodation and Dungavel IRC. Transsexual people may be held in any IRC. <br><br>Transsexual people in detention are managed in accordance with Detention Services Order 11/2012. This order requires centres to produce a management care plan outlining how the detainee will be managed safely and decently within the detention environment and to put in place measures to manage the risk of transphobic harassment and transphobic hate crime. <br><br>An assessment of the incidence of physical, sexual and emotional abuse experienced by transgender individuals placed in IRCs is not possible as the information is not centrally recorded and can only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
