answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/01/2024 answer text <p>The Secretary of State has regular discussions with ministerial colleagues on a number of issues.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to ensuring drivers get a fair deal for fuel and has launched a consultation on the PumpWatch scheme which will require petrol-filling stations to share price information within 30 minutes of a change. This will drive down prices by reigniting competition and empowering drivers to find the best deals. Road fuels prices are down over three consecutive months. A letter from the Information Commissioner about the Department’s handling of a previous request was received on 18 January 2024 and will receive a response shortly.</p><p>A great deal of information about the Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre has been published as part of the planning application. When Freedom of Information requests have sought information which falls within statutory exemptions, careful consideration is given and the appropriate public interest tests are applied. The pilot is designed to test the impact that NILS could have on addressing the needs of vulnerable consumers across the UK.</p><p> </p><p>Fair4All Finance have now rolled out the pilot in England, Scotland and Wales. The continued lack of an Executive in Northern Ireland is impacting the ability of Fair4All Finance to access lending capital to extend the pilot to Northern Ireland. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/01/2024 answer text <p>The Work at Height Regulations 2005 set out the approach necessary to ensure the safety of people working at height. They place clear responsibilities on employers and those in control of any work at height to prevent falls by making sure work is properly planned, supervised, and undertaken by competent people. This includes using the right type of equipment including, where suitable, ladders.</p><p> </p><p>In 2022/23, 40 fatal injuries were due to falls from a height accounting for 30% of all worker deaths<sup>1 </sup>over the year. The level of fatality and major injury arising from falls is still high so there is an ongoing need for the regulations to focus attention on the issue.</p><p> </p><p>Following the announcement of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill, Heath and Safety engagement with industry groups and trade organisations demonstrated extensive support to retain the Work at Height Regulations. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/01/2024 answer text <p>The Government recognises the dangers of unauthorised money lenders - more commonly known as loan sharks - and the negative impact that they can have on communities. That is why HM Treasury funds Illegal Money Lending Teams (IMLTs) across the UK via an industry levy collected by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).</p><p> </p><p>The IMLTs investigate and prosecute illegal money lenders as well as provide support to victims, with over 30,000 people having been helped in the process. The teams also undertake community work, warning of the risks of loan sharks, and support people in accessing legal, affordable credit.</p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury took over responsibility for funding the IMLTs in 2017. Since then, the Government has increased funding for the teams by over 50%.
