Orthoptists can already supply medicines under Patient Group Directions and exemptions which permit certain medicines to be sold, supplied and/or administered to patients.</p><p>In 2015, NHS England held a public consultation on proposals to enable radiographers to practise as independent prescribers. This consultation concerned both diagnostic and therapeutic radiographers and ran from 27 February 2015 to 27 May 2015. His Majesty's Ambassador to Tunisia also raised UK concerns regarding the arrests with Foreign Minister Nabil Ammar on 23 February. Officials and Ministers have regular discussions with the Tunisian authorities and international counterparts to reiterate the UK's belief in the importance of space for legitimate political opposition, civil society, strengthening human rights and including all voices in building resilient and successful democracies. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/03/2023 answer text <p>The way consumers and businesses interact with their banking and make payments continues to develop at pace, bringing significant benefits to those who choose to opt for the convenience, security, and speed of digital services.</p><p> </p><p>In recognition that cash continues to be used by millions of people across the UK, the government is currently taking legislation through Parliament as part of the Financial Services and Markets Bill to protect access to cash. The Bill will establish the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as the lead regulator for access to cash and provide it with appropriate powers to seek to ensure reasonable provision of withdrawal and deposit facilities. These powers will allow the FCA to have regard to factors it considers appropriate, which could include cost for users.</p><p> </p><p>Regarding in-person banking services, the government believes that everyone, wherever they live, should have appropriate access to banking services. However, decisions on opening and closing branches, and the provision of in-person services, are a commercial issue for banks and building societies.</p><p> </p><p>Guidance from the FCA sets out its expectation of firms when they are deciding to reduce their physical branches or the number of free-to-use ATMs. The guidance has recently been strengthened and clearly expects firms to put in place alternatives, where this is reasonable, to ensure customer needs are met. Where firms fall short of expectations, the FCA may ask for closures to be paused or other options to be put in place.</p><p> </p><p>Alternative options to access cash and in-person banking services can be via the Post Office and other industry initiatives including cash pods, mobile banking vans and shared banking hubs. The Post Office Banking Framework allows 99% of personal banking and 95% of business customers to deposit cheques, check their balance and withdraw and deposit cash at 11,500 Post Office branches across the UK. On 31st January we announced our fourteenth tranche of sanctions, targeting companies and individuals who are responsible for supplying aviation fuel to the Myanmar Air Force. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/04/2023 answer text <p>The central premise of the Illegal Migration Bill is clear: those in need of protection should claim asylum in the first safe country they reach rather than risking their lives or paying people smugglers to make the illegal dangerous and unnecessary journey across the Channel. It's important that we do not incentivise people smuggling gangs to target certain vulnerable groups and the need to ensure their safeguarding, so children and families are in scope.</p><p>We will ensure that the country of return or relocation is safe for all members of the family including children and they will have access to legal advice. Legal challenges which raise a real risk of serious and irreversible harm will be considered before a person is relocated to a safe third country. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/04/2023 answer text <p>Between 2015 and December 2022, just under half a million people were offered safe and legal routes into the UK– including those from Hong Kong, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine as well as family members of refugees.</p><p>This includes the granting of approximate 45,000 family reunion visas to the family members of refugees.</p><p>This also includes over 28,200 refugees resettled through the government’s refugee resettlement schemes. In addition, £6 billion of new Government funding will be made available from 2025 to 2028.</p><p> </p><p>The new ECO+ scheme will be worth £1 billion and run from Spring 2023 – March 2026.
