answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/01/2015 answer text <p /> <p>The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) collects information on health and safety practices of companies through a range of statutory notification schemes, licencing and permissioning regimes and the information recorded by HSE Inspectors during their interventions to enable it to fulfil its role as a regulator. The Administrators also have a statutory obligation to report confidentially to The Insolvency Service about the conduct of the directors. If misconduct is alleged the Secretary of State then has a discretionary power to seek the disqualification of the directors where it is believed to be in the public interest</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Insolvency Service also has discretionary powers under the Companies Acts to conduct enquiries on behalf of the Secretary of State where it appears that there has been misconduct in relation to the affairs of any company, including those not subject to formal insolvency. We will fund only those programmes and organisations that actively encourage integration and uphold fundamental British values. Where the House is informed of a decision to cease funding an organisation, we aim to communicate final decisions to the organisations at the same time. This procedure was followed in the case of the Muslim Charities Forum.</p><p> </p><p>The decision to cease funding the Muslim Charities Forum was made following a formal review of the project, which found concerns surrounding performance, governance and the support of individuals with extremist views.</p><p> </p><p>In August 2014, Islamic Help, a member organisation of the Muslim Charities Forum, organised a fundraising event for Syria, presented by Uthman Lateef. For the areas to be covered by the Government's phase 1 Superfast Broadband Programme, we estimate that up to a further £120m will be generated for investment in further coverage for every 10 percentage point increase on the programme's 20% take-up baseline. <ins class="ministerial">The quicker people take up services in the areas delivered with public funding, the quicker funding is returned for reinvestment by the supplier; we therefore launched an £8 million national marketing campaign to raise awareness.</ins></p><p>The budget for the campaign was based on evidence of previous government campaigns to reach the optimum amount of our target audience.
