answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/06/2019 answer text <p>100% of contributions to employer pension schemes, whether Net or Relief at Source pensions, will be taken into account when calculating the level of employed earnings in UC. This means that a UC claimant that contributes to either type of pension will, automatically (where employers report the information correctly), have their UC entitlement calculated on their taxable pay, after their pension contribution. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/04/2019 answer text <p>All forms of retail crime are unacceptable, and everyone has the right to feel safe at work.</p><p>I chair the National Retail Crime Steering Group (NRCSG) which brings together partners including the police, trade bodies – including the Association of Convenience Stores - and retailers and is overseeing a range of work to tackle retail crime. This includes the collation and dissemination of good practice and developing guidance on the use of Impact Statements for Business, which give victims of business crime the opportunity to set out the impact the crime has had on the business, including, for example, financial loss. The NRCSG also continues to work with retailers to im-prove the management and response to shop theft using a partnership ap-proach according to local circumstances.</p><p>On 21 January I announced that we will launch a call for evidence on violence and abuse towards shop workers to strengthen our understanding of this issue, including how existing legislation is being applied.</p><p>In addition, the Sentencing Council is reviewing its guidelines on assault and a consultation on a revised guideline is anticipated to commence this Summer.</p> answering member constituency Louth and Horncastle answering member printed Victoria Atkins question first answered 02/04/2019 16:11:52 answering member 4399 label Biography information for Victoria Atkins

This is a regulatory action, which uses NHS Improvement’s legal powers to require National Health Service providers to comply with its actions and/or expectations. Each NHS provider placed into FSM will undergo a rapid review, and agree a financial recovery plan. Specialist teams, led by an improvement director, will oversee intensive, accelerated action to bring about financial improvement including support from peer providers where appropriate.</p><p> </p><p>Where trusts in FSM do require access to cash funding to continue the delivery of affordable, safe, quality healthcare, the Department’s interim funding regime ensures that providers in financial difficulty have timely access to cash financing to protect the continuity of services for patients. The commencement order that the mixed age couple policy change will come into force on 15 May 2019, was announced on 14 January 2019. Following the announcement the Government is implementing comprehensive plans to raise awareness of the change among people who may be affected.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has written directly to mixed-age couples who are already in receipt of Pension Credit or Housing Benefit for pensioners to inform them of the changes and encourage them to find out what it could mean for them. Importantly the letters explain that mixed age couples already claiming Pension Credit and/or Housing Benefit for pensioners immediately before 15 May will not be affected for as long as they remain in receipt of either benefit after that date, and that their State Pension will not be affected.</p><p> </p><p>This is in addition to providing information on <a href="http://www.gov.uk" target="_blank">www.gov.uk</a> and through existing departmental channels.
