answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2018 answer text <p>Under licence conditions, energy suppliers must inform their customers prior to the installation of a smart meter that they may lose meter functionality when switching. In addition, before any switch is concluded, the new supplier must tell the consumer about any change in how their meter will operate and the service they will receive.</p><p> </p><p>These requirements aim to help consumers make informed decisions about switching, in the period before first generation smart meters are enrolled into the national data and communications platform and thus can be operated by any energy supplier. In turn, this can help businesses prosper and grow by attracting and retaining valuable skilled employees and increasing the productivity of the workforce. We are taking a number of steps to do this, including improving advice and support for employers and exploring how to achieve the right balance of incentives and expectations.</p><p> </p><p><em>Thriving at Work</em>: The Stevenson/Farmer Review of mental health and employers sets out a compelling business case for employer action to support staff’s mental health and wellbeing and offers support and advice for businesses. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/03/2018 answer text <p>Our resettlement schemes prioritise the most vulnerable refugees regardless of race, religion or ethnicity – we do not discriminate in favour of, or against, any particular group. This is why we work closely with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which has well-established procedures and criteria for identifying and resettling the most vulnerable refugees. Apart from the criteria we set for each scheme, we do not seek to influence which cases are referred to us by UNHCR.</p><p>However, we recognise how important it is that UNHCR is accessible to the most vulnerable refugees, including members of minority religions, and this is why we are working with UNHCR and their partners to intensify their outreach to groups that might otherwise be reluctant to register. This includes people in formal refugee camps, informal settlements and host communities.
