answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/12/2018 answer text <p>The Government set up the Money Advice Service (MAS) to provide free-to-use financial guidance for all consumers, whatever their circumstances. Moving forward, the Government has legislated to merge the functions of MAS with those of The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) and Pension Wise, to create a Single Financial Guidance Body, which will simplify the existing public financial guidance landscape.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has also implemented a regulatory framework for financial services that ensures firms give support to vulnerable consumers, such as people diagnosed with cancer who have banking and other financial problems. The service provides free, up to date, impartial information, advice and guidance on careers, skills and the labour market.</p><p>The service is available for adults aged 19 and over. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2018 answer text <p>Zero persons were proceeded against for sales of e-cigarettes to under 18s in England and Wales between 2015 and 2017 (most recent figures available).</p><p> </p><p>This information was obtained from a manual review of court case files that centrally held data indicated may be relevant, and as such has not been through the same quality assurance processes as for routinely published data.</p><p> </p><p>These figures relate to persons for whom these offences were the principal offences for which they were dealt with. When a defendant has been found guilty of two or more offences the principle offence is the offence for which the heaviest penalty is imposed. Under this Protocol Northern Ireland businesses will continue to be able to trade freely across the Irish border. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/11/2018 answer text <p>The National Crime Agency’s Thinkuknow education programme endeavours to help children and young people identify the risks they may face online, build resilience against the threat of child sexual abuse and exploitation and know where to seek further support, including where appropriate, reporting directly to the NCA.</p><p>The NCA’s performance is monitored quarterly through the NCA’s internal governance structure and overseen by the NCA Board. It is then reported directly to the Home Secretary. This performance reporting includes information on ThinkuKnow.</p><p>There was an external evaluation of ThinkuKnow in 2009. CEOP took on board the recommendations, and the NCA continues to develop its education tools and resources in conjunction with young people, as well as its Ambassador network.</p><p>Following the implementation of new ThinkuKnow resources for eight to ten year olds in November 2016, new resources for four to seven year olds will be launched in January 2019. These orders, and several other elements of the Criminal Finances Act 2017, relate to devolved matters. The Security Minister gave a commitment to Parliament not to commence any CFA provisions affecting devolved matters until legislative consent is secured.
