In 2013, the NCS Trust, an independent social enterprise, was established to manage NCS and deliver the programme. This includes Civil Service wide talent schemes such the Future Leaders Scheme (aimed at G6&amp;7 staff) and the Senior Leaders Scheme (aimed at SCS Pay Band 1).
