answer text <p>The Equality Hub is focused on delivering Ministers’ priorities and we have the necessary resources to do this. As part of the restructure process we consulted with staff, including through a staff engagement panel, and with the unions in line with Cabinet Office policies. We expect the restructure to conclude over the coming month.</p><p> </p><p>Regarding overtime, all full time Equality Hub staff are contracted to work 37 hours per week. Overtime is used by exception and requires prior authorisation. In the last 12 months the amount of overtime accrued by staff was minimal, therefore a breakdown per month is not possible to provide.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Following the responses to PQs 185706 and 186211, work on pay transparency will now fall within the remit of the new, independent, Inclusion at Work Panel, as part of their role in considering the range of tools and practices which may maximise the benefits of diversity and inclusion.</p><p> </p><p>It will be for the Inclusion at Work Panel to decide how best to take forward the work on pay transparency. answer text <p>Following the launch of the STEM returner programme in February, we have run a successful recruitment campaign to engage potential participants. Through press, social media and targeted referrals, we have recruited the first cohort of returner participants, who began a course of bespoke training and support at the start of May. Employers have also been engaged, with insight events held in Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham. Training for employers is due to commence at the end of June and registrations will remain open until 25 June 2023.</p><p><strong></strong><br><br></p> more like this
