We expect the restructure to conclude over the coming month.</p><p> </p><p>Regarding overtime, all full time Equality Hub staff are contracted to work 37 hours per week. Overtime is used by exception and requires prior authorisation. Through press, social media and targeted referrals, we have recruited the first cohort of returner participants, who began a course of bespoke training and support at the start of May. Employers have also been engaged, with insight events held in Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
