Where applicable, the MOD also complies with EC Guidelines 2013/C 343/01 of 5 November 2013 on Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for human use. answer text <p>The amount of compensation paid to Armed Forces personnel as a result of road traffic accidents in each of the last five calendar years is as follows:</p><p><strong>2012</strong></p><p>£1,373,064</p><p><strong>2013</strong></p><p>£1,731,330</p><p><strong>2014</strong></p><p>£530,732</p><p><strong>2015</strong></p><p>£4,707,070</p><p><strong>2016</strong></p><p>£1,301,073</p><p>The figures relate to common law claims brought by Armed Forces personnel against their employer, the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
