The decision to withdraw from the Commonwealth was an executive decision taken solely by Gambian President Jammeh. Although the Commonwealth Secretary-General has publicly stated that The Gambia’s return would be welcomed, President Jammeh has made it clear that he will not reverse his decision. The Report proposed 17 goals and 169 targets. It reflects many of the UK priorities for the Post-2015 agenda including on poverty eradication, gender, sustainable development and open societies and open economies.</p><p> </p><p>The next step will be for the United Nations Secretary General to deliver his Synthesis Report in the Autumn in preparation for intergovernmental negotiations in January 2015. The Department's official statistics on sales for the Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, as of 31 May, broken down by local authority and postcode sector for England, are available at: <a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/help-to-buy-equity-loan-scheme-monthly-statistics" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/help-to-buy-equity-loan-scheme-monthly-statistics</a>.</p><p>Figures are not available by constituency. In the areas of Brighton and Hove, and Lewes which covers all of the Brighton, Kemptown constituency, the number of families buying a home with the support of the Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is four and zero, respectively.
