answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/05/2023 answer text <p>Individuals with Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK have no immigration restrictions on their employment, however, under section 340 of the Armed Forces Act 2006, the right to enlist in the UK Armed Forces is restricted to British (British citizen, British Overseas Citizen, British Overseas Territory Citizen or British National (Overseas) Citizen), Irish, or Commonwealth citizens, as either sole or dual nationals. Water companies are currently preparing their business plans as part of the planning cycle for 2025-2030 (PR24), setting out how they will achieve Government targets over the next five years.</p><p> </p><p>Government is committing to review the targets in the plan in 2027. We are pleased that, in December 2022, Ofwat strengthened its powers on executive pay awards by setting out that shareholders, and not customers, will fund pay awards where companies do not demonstrate their decisions on pay awards reflects overall performance. Every five years, Ofwat sets an overall cap on the total amount that each water company may recover from their customers, through a process called the Price Review. As part of this process Ofwat balances the interests of the consumers with the ability for companies to finance the delivery of its services, including the removal of sewerage from homes and its treatment.</p><p> </p><p>The current price review period runs from 2020-2025 and the level of investment in this period is £51 billion. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/03/2023 answer text <p>All benefits and State Pensions will be increased by 10.1% from April.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, we are providing cost of living payments of up to £900 for households on eligible means-tested benefits, paid in three separate payments of £301, £300 and £299 across 2023/24. The first payment of £301 will be paid to the majority of those eligible between 25 April and 17 May. Separately, people on qualifying disability benefits will receive a separate Disability Cost of Living Payment of £150 in the summer while £300 payments will be made to pensioner households alongside the annual Winter Fuel Payment.</p><p> </p><p>As announced in the Spring Statement, the government is maintaining the Energy Price Guarantee at £2,500 until the end of June. This will ensure that households across the UK are supported through the spring while retail energy costs are expected to remain high.</p><p> </p><p>To help households with the costs of essentials, including those who may not be eligible for cost of living payments, we are also extending the Household Support Fund in England. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/03/2023 answer text <p>The cost of accommodating those resetting under the ACRS or ARAP, whilst they await permanent accommodation, is estimated at £1 million a day. We don’t want to see Afghan families in temporary accommodation for any longer than is necessary – and we have been working as fast as possible to support Afghan families into homes of their own, so that they can settle into their local communities, feel safe and independent and rebuild their lives in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>The Prime Minister’s statement on illegal migration on 13 December 2022 set out his ambition to end the use of hotels as temporary accommodation. We continue to work with partners to secure sufficient suitable accommodation for new arrivals.</p><p> </p><p>We will also arrange travel for any beneficiaries under the ACRS or ARAP who can be supported to arrange their own accommodation in the UK ahead of arrival.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is working with c.350 local authorities across the UK, to meet the demand for housing.
